

SAIA FRANK SOLA
Saia Frank Sola is a gifted singer, songwriter, musician, and artist who grew up in Faleula on Upolu, Samoa's main island. In 2014, he relocated to Auckland, New Zealand, where he currently resides. He regularly performs every Friday night at the Oats Club in Otahuhu as a member of the Oats Band.
Quickly rising as one of Samoa's leading artists, Saia has already gained recognition as one of the nation’s top songwriters. With over a million streams across various platforms, his music is making a significant impact in the Samoan music scene. He has toured Samoa, American Samoa, New Zealand, and Australia, with plans to continue his touring schedule in the near future.
In 2014, Saia was a runner-up and finalist in Samoa's Star Search. Influenced by his father, a musician and talented songwriter, Saia began playing instruments and writing songs at a young age. He is a versatile musician, skilled in guitar, piano, violin, viola, bass, double bass, bassoon, and drums.
Saia's musical style is influenced by the legends he admired growing up, including Punalava'a, Tiama'a, and the island reggae superstar band Rebel Souljahz. He also finds inspiration in artists like Fiji, Boyz II Men, Mr. Tee, Zipso, and Michael Bolton. His passion for genres such as R&B, jazz, gospel, and hip-hop continues to shape his music.
Saia’s catalogue includes multiple songs that have hit a million streams. He continues to write and release original music and shows no signs of slowing down.
