Originating from Papakura, Auckland, Aotearoa, DJ Fle grew up in Lower Hutt, Wellington, and proudly represents his Samoan and Papua New Guinean heritage. He attended Taita College in Lower Hutt.

Fle's musical journey commenced when he began playing drums at middle school at Naenae Intermediate. He then went on to play drums and bass at his local church. Shortly after, he discovered FL Studio, where he truly found his passion for music. He started creating and releasing tracks with friends under the name "LB Recordz," which gained popularity within his community. After finishing school, he took on the role of a DJ and Karaoke operator at KBar in Wellington, where he remains today. Additionally, he held a residency at Caesars Nightclub in Brisbane, Australia.

In 2016, Fle began producing remixes, marking his entry into the music industry. By joining Sick Wit It Crew in 2017, he quickly amassed a significant following on SoundCloud and YouTube, as millions across the globe began to enjoy his mixes. His unique style blends his love for various music genres, and he boldly explores new creative boundaries.

In 2020, DJ Fle remixed Conkarah & Shaggy’s "Banana." This official remix has since achieved over a billion streams worldwide, topping charts and earning both platinum and diamond status globally. It became one of the most viral songs and TikTok challenges ever, even featuring on Good Morning America. His recent remix of "Dealerman & Too Long" dominated the NZ charts for several weeks, with many of his remixes surpassing a million views and plays on YouTube.

DJ Fle continues to release new music, consistently creating viral hits. His productions have also charted in New Zealand. He has toured Australia, New Zealand, and the Pacific Islands, sharing the stage with some of the biggest artists from New Zealand and the Pacific, including Daniel Rae Costello, J Boog, and Julian Marley.

With over a billion streams from his remixes, DJ Fle has established himself as one of the premier remixers in the world.
